He was predeceased by: his parents, Toxie Tolar and Bernice Tolar. He is survived by: his wife Leona Tolar of Provencal; his son Gary Tolar (Lisa Tolar); his grandchildren, Sha'unn Tolar (Christina Tolar) and Alysia Tolar; and his siblings, Billy Tolar, Dennis Tolar, Deanna Acker and Connie Pate.
Buddy lived with Alzheimer's and Parkinson's disease for the last six years of his life.
