He was predeceased by: his parents, Hubert Wiley and Estelle Wiley (Pittman). He is survived by: his wife Patty Wiley of Covington; his son Cary; his daughter-in-law Dawn Wiley of Marietta; his granddaughter Presley Wiley of Marietta; and his siblings, Sue Scott of Griffin, Denise Fairclough of Griffin, Jane Farlow of Griffin, Doreen Wiley of Colorado and Steve Wiley (Brenda) of Meansville, GA. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Grace Baptist Church Parking Lot Fund.
