She was predeceased by: her parents, John Lewis and Virginia Lewis; her son John Michael O'Neal; and her husbands, Wayne O'Neal, Sr. and Larry Ashbaugh.
She is survived by: her children, Wayne O'Neal (Cindy) and Jennifer Mangum; her grandsons, Jacob and Joshua; and her siblings, Michael Lewis and Carol Christenson. She is also survived by grandmother, several great-grandchildren.
