He is survived by: his wife Wanda Lowery of Covington; his son William Joshua "Josh" Lowery of Covington; and his brothers, Charles Lowery (Pam) of Conyers, Donnie Vaughn (Carol) of Conyers and Ronnie Jones (Hataly) of Covington. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
