He was predeceased by: his parents, Jean Lane and WJ Lane; his stepmother Janet; and his sister Teresa Vaughn. He is survived by: his wife Jennie Lane; his children, Scott Lane (Jennifer), Tiffany Loveless (Grant), Mandy Morgan (RJ), Brandy Ralston (Kenneth) and Michael Moore; and his grandchildren, Karra Lane, Chloe Allen, Tyler Morgan, Kyle Morgan, Alyxis Morgan, Teagon and Aubrie Ralston.
