It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Yvonne Shaw (Covington, Georgia), born in Brooklyn, New York, who passed away on December 28, 2023, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her siblings, Bruce and Deborah; and her father Richard Harris. She is survived by: her siblings, Patsy, Jean, Michael, Christopher and Kevin; her children, Shawn, Lavonne, Cory and Lavetta; and her mother Mollie Harris. She is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
She retired in 2006 from Sunny Downstate Research Foundation from her career in the human resources department.
