Bailey; her children, Phyllis of Saeger, Rhonda Roberts and Jerome Bailey; and her siblings, Jack Gallman, Jimmy Gallman, Charlotte Burchfield and Connie Reed. She is also survived by five grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
