He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Louise Black and Kenneth P. Black; his aunt Margie Cox; and his uncle Bill Cox. He is survived by: his wife Sharon Black of Crandall; his children, Jeff Black of Chatsworth and Judy Black of Chatsworth; his sister-in-law Cindy Sieg of McDonough, GA; his grandchildren, Jordan, Cady Anderson, Samantha Black and Brendon Cryan; and his great grandchild Elodie Anderson.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 29th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Zion Hill Baptist Church (50 Zion Hill Church Rd, Chatsworth, GA 30705). A celebration of life will be held on Tuesday, July 29th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Georgia Mountains Hospice at 70 Caring Way Jasper, GA 30143 in memory of Wayne Black.
