He was predeceased by: his wife Susan Dollar. He is survived by: his daughter Anna; his son-in-law Keith Gabrielsen of Acworth, GA; and his siblings-in-law, Dale, Jennifer Sluder, Connie Winkler and Ed Johnson. He is also survived by cousins-in-law, nieces, and nephews.
