She was predeceased by: her husband Don Steelman; her parents, William Quarles and Bertha Quarles; her grandson Eric Steelmam; and her siblings, Bill, Marvin Quarles, Jessie Howard and Lois Isenhower.
She is survived by: her children, Patty Patterson (Clark) and Bucky Steelman (Pat); her sisters, Betty Robinson and Willie Mae Quarles; her grandchildren, Jamie Steelman, Mike and Mark Patterson; and her great grandchildren, Erica Steelman Perez, Gracie Steelman Fisher, Cole and Kaysen Steelman. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
