He was predeceased by : his parents, Chester Davis and Clara Wheatley Davis of Washington, Georgia.; and his siblings, Ethel Johnson, Earlene Kennedy, Mary Lou Maxwell, JC Davis, William Davis and Sheldon Davis.
He is survived by : his wife Carolyn Olds Davis; his children, Rhonda Wray (Tim), Chris Davis (Yulonda), Wanda Bryant (David), Thomas Glenn (Michelle), Philip Glenn and Alex Bryant (Fahma); and his sister Linda Weaver. He is also survived by his 14 grandchildren, and 20 great-grandchildren.
