He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Odell and Betty Autry Tolbert; his wife Tammie Tolbert; and his sons, Jesse C. Tolbert and Grant H. Tolbert.
He is survived by: his daughter Heather Jarrett (Josh) of Gainesville; his siblings, Linda Truelove of Culloden, Judy Carver (Kenneth) of Clayton and Larry Tolbert of Harleton, TX.; and his friends, Fletcher and Susie Anderson of Culloden. He is also survived by four grandchildren.
