He is survived by: his wife Kathy Owens of Culloden; his children, Jeff Owens (Lisa) of Byron, Angel Jackson (Mike) of Macon and Wendy Veal (Daryl) of Forsyth; his grandchildren, Cassie Young (Wes) of Macon, Zayne Jackson (Elizabeth) of Jacksonville and Maddy Veal of Forsyth; his great grandchild Thalia Rogers of Macon; and his brother Buck Owens (Jane).
