He was predeceased by: his father Irving Waters. He is survived by: his wife Doris Waters; his children, Brendt Waters (Hope) and Mimi Ihm; his grandson William Flanders (Melissa); his great grandchild Zelma Flanders; and his siblings, Wayne Waters (Bobbie), Dennis Waters (Dee) and Sally Leech (Paul). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
