She was predeceased by: her husband Jack Monroe Campbell; her parents, Earl Markham and Pearl Markham; and her siblings, Arwannah Lloyd and Marvin D. Markham.
She is survived by: her daughter Kim Gravitt; her granddaughter Lyndsey Phelps (Michael Phelps); her great grandchildren, Campbell and Caroline Phelps; and her caregiver Penny Crews. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews, great nieces, great nephews and friends.
