He is survived by: his wife Judy Collins; his children, Joe (Jennifer Collins), Craig Gaskins of Marietta, GA, Dan Collins of Edison, GA, Carole Collins of Silva, NC and Jenny (Jason Skaggs); and his sister Dottie (Tom Wood) of Monroe, GA.. He is also survived by 10 loving grandchildren.
