He is survived by: his wife Kim Hall; his children, Captain Charles Evan Hall, Brittany Kubis, Hannah Hall and Samantha Hall; his children-in-law, Brian Kubis and Jessica Hall; his father Captain Charles Linwood Hall "Lin"; his stepmother Brenda Hall; his siblings, Jeffrey Hall and Jennifer Klein; his siblings-in-law, Steve Klein, Brad Speith and Stephanie Speith; his nieces and nephews, Garrett Massengill, Carter Massengill, Colton Speith, Courtney Sutton, Carli Speith and Emma Hall; his grandchildren, Mya Hall, Sean Hall, Dominic Hall and Kozack Kubis; and his pet Kane Hall.
