He is survived by: his siblings, Friend, Brave, Big-Hearted and Loyal; his sons, Jackson Christopher Leak of Atlanta, GA, Carson Matthew Leak and Camden Michael Leak of Cumming, GA; his parents, Connie Leak and Terry Leak of Avon, IN; his sister Tracey (Fabio Stabielli); his nephew Trystan Christopher; his brother Tony Leak of Avon, IN; his nephews, Michael and Carter; his sister Tara (Jim Roeder); his niece Cate; and his nephew Jake.
