He is survived by: his wife Kathy Elaine Romigh (Jordan); his children, D. J. (Daniel John, JR) of Dallas, GA, Tracy Lynn Woodall (Romigh) of Ellijay, GA and Katrina Danielle Partee (Romigh) of Cumming, GA; and his sisters, Mary Elizabeth Dillard (Romigh) of Austell, GA and Dolores Evon McCord (Romigh) of Mableton, GA.. He is also survived by several grandsons and one great grandson.
