He was predeceased by: his parents, R. L. Holbrook and Bobbie Holbrook; his brother Raymond Holbrook; and his sister-in-law Susie Holbrook. He is survived by: his siblings, Janie (Roland Jarrell), Sandra (Jimmy Turner), Randy Holbrook and Jerry (Kim Holbrook). He is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
