He is survived by: his significant other Paula Tyson of Cumming; his children, Cheryl Ernst of Bartlesville, OK and Howard Ray England of Hall County; and his sisters, Trish England of Tucker and Donna England Dahlgren of Decatur. He is also survived by five grandchildren.
