She was predeceased by: her parents, Frederick Zapf and Marion; and her brother Alan Zapf (John Kirkpatrick). She is survived by: her daughters, Bonnie Zona-Lachenberg and Laurie Lenke; her sister Shirlee Nunley; her grandchildren, Ryan Zona (Molly), Sara Strish (TJ), Kate Bawden (Brian), Emily Burton (Joseph), Sean Lachenberg (Lizzie) and Austin Lachenberg (Kelsey); her great grandchildren, Zoe Bawden, Zack Bawden, Poppy Zona, Mila Strish, Zelek Lachenberg, Jackson Burton, Beau Zona, Natalie Strish, Griffin Burton and Karalina Lachenberg; her siblings-in-law, James Kirkpatrick and Sally Kirkpatrick; and her cousins, Joy Moeller and Gerald Kamin.
