He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Donald Case and Doris Brown Case; his brother Randy Brown Case; his in-laws, L. C. and Joan Day; and his sister-in-law Pamela Day Cole.
He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Day Case; his son Ryan Case (Claudia); his granddaughters, Clarion and Ella of Cumming; his daughter Ashley Case of Edinburgh; his siblings-in-law, Loy Day (Linda) of Alpharetta, Sam Cole of Mineral Bluff and Connie Case of Cumming; and his sister Karen Fitch (Randy) of Kennesaw.
Visitation was held on Friday, July 25th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Ingram Funeral Home & Crematory (210 Ingram Ave, Cumming, GA 30040).
