She is survived by: her husband Roger Samples; her children, Robin Smith (Randy), Timothy Samples (Deina) and Scott Samples; her grandchildren, Andrew Smith, Ethan and Morgan Samples; and her siblings, Royston Bagby (Frankie) and Margaret Daniel (Doug).
