He was predeceased by: his mother Donna Lisinski; his brother Daniel Lisinski Jr.; and his sisters-in-law, Theresa Wise and Shelly Wise. He is survived by: his father Daniel Lisinski; his wife Tina; his sons, Brandon (Shelby), Quinten (Maggie) and Zachary; and his siblings-in-law, Daryl Wise, Anthony Wise, Angel Dannenberg (Rick) and Gail Lisinski.
In lieu of flowers, the family has asked that donations be made to Dwayne's favorite ministry, Creekside Church's "Feeding the 5000" in memory of Dwayne.
