She is survived by: her sons, Charles Day (Elaine) and Tim Day (Melinda); her sisters, Mertie Sims and Edith Howard; her grandchildren, Eric Day (Erin), Ken Day (Ashley), Cynthia Stewart (David), Nick Frady (Erin), Natasha Mealor (Jamie), Brooke Kirby (Jeremie), Cody White (Morgan) and Josh Day; and her stepgrandchildren, Britney Shoemake (Jay), Brad Cobb (Amber) and Brandon Cobb (Paige). She is also survived by other loving relatives and friends.
