He is survived by: his wife Alice Jean Davis of Greensboro, GA; his children, Larry Davis (Sue) of Greensboro, GA, Linda Slade (Matt Prisby) of Mt. Pleasant, SC and James Davis (Lidia) of Cumming, GA; his grandchildren, Jennifer Stancil (Andy) of Johns Creek, GA, Sean Davis (Charisse) of Smyrna, GA, Austin Slade (Brooke) of North Charleston, SC, Aliyah Davis and Gael Paniagua of Cumming, GA; and his great grandchildren, Davis, Samuel Stancil, Gavin, Harrison Byers and Avery Slade. He is also survived by numerous relatives and friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, August 16th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the Lake Oconee Lutheran Church (1089 Lake Oconee Pkwy, Eatonton, GA 31024).
