She is survived by: her husband Jimmy Panter; her daughter Rachel Panter Ulrich; her son-in-law Pete Ulrich of Denver, CO; her siblings, Wanda Goode Jones of Peachtree Corners, GA, Thomas E., Jr. (Lynette Panter) and Thomas E., III (Amy Panter, III); and her nieces and nephews, Madison Panter of Dallas, GA, Mattie and Casey Arp of Ducktown, TN..
