He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman Miller and Florence Miller. He is survived by: his wife Deborah Miller; his children, John Tinsley, Glen, Jr., Teresa Miller, Edward and Melissa Miller; his grandchildren, Bryce, Lauren Miller, Devin Herron, Jasmine Chandler, Jackie Chandler and Jason A. Chandler, Jr.; and his siblings, Norma Carboni of Philadelphia, PA and David Lee Miller of Philadelphia, PA. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
