He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Grinstead and Rosie Grinstead; and his siblings, Andee Grinstead Long and Daniel Brooks Grinstead. He is survived by: his children, Matt Grady Grinstead (Sarah), Stephanie Lynn Downey (Eric) and Heather Grinstead Chiapponeand; the mother of his children Valerie Grinstead; his stepchildren, Sarah Salley Arnold (Casey) and Carter Williams Salley (Angela); his granddaughters, Madeline, Sophie and Emma Downey; his stepchildren, Audrey, Anderson, Ella, Ophelia Arnold, Aspen, Isla Grinstead and Blake Salley; and his sister Cindy Lee Grinstead Hearn.
