He is survived by: his parents, Manny Enriquez and Vicky Holder; his stepfather David Holder; his sister Amy O'Kelley; his brother-in-law Robert O'Kelley; his nephew Austin Kalar; his niece Alexis Kalar; his grandmother Olga Aparicio; his aunts and uncles, Armando Aparicio, Sergio Aparicio (Laurel), Nancy Deschepper, Robin Colber (John) and Kelley Moore (Bill); and his stepsiblings, April Patterson (Jeremy) and Brian Holder. He is also survived by extended family and many friends.
