He is survived by: his wife Beverly Lewis; his daughters, Deidre Lewis (Dee Dee), Lavern Mize and Tracey Lewis; and his stepdaughters, Tracey Viars and Tava Waterhouse. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
