He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Wright Newcomer Jr. and Evelyn Newcomer; his brother Harold Wright Newcomer III (Buddy); and his sister-in-law Alice Newcomer. He is survived by: his wife Judy Watts Newcomer; his daughters, Jamie Newcomer Curtis Titus (Jeff) and Jodie Newcomer Roush (David); and his grandchildren, Trevor Curtis, Peyton Curtis, Dalton Roush and Kaley Roush. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
