He was predeceased by: his father John Simon. He is survived by: his wife Patti Simon; his sons, John (Jeri Sue Simon, Jr.) and Scott Simon; his grandchildren, Anthony Simon, Tristan Simon and Brooke Simon; his sister Carole; his brother-in-law Charles Dundorf; his brother Gary; and his sister-in-law Martha Simon. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
