He was predeceased by: his parents, Rose O'Neill (Stephens) and John B. O'Neill. He is survived by: his wife Mary T. O'Neill; his children, John Michael O'Neill (Shannon) of Sandy Hook, Connecticut, Mary Sommers of Vancouver, Washington and Elizabeth O'Neill Salley (Stephen) of Savannah, Georgia.; his grandchildren, Brendan O'Neill, Rhyan O'Neill, Bridget Salley, Evelyn Salley, Madison Sommers and Ford Sommers; and his siblings, Joanne O'Neill of Lafayette and Steve O'Neill of Valley Stream.
