With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joyce Brown of Cumming, Georgia, born in Cornelia, Georgia, who passed away on April 2, 2024 at the age of 94. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Joyce Brown to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, James Avery and Estelle Avery Brownlow; and her husband Walter Brown. She is survived by: her sister Jimmie Maner of Albany; her daughters, Versie Brown of Cumming and Debbie (Mark) of Louisville; her grandchildren, Kim Hurst of New Orleans, Daphne Allred of New Orleans, Jennifer Collier (Julian) of Great Falls, Matthew Provano (Jennifer) of Lexington and Muldowney (Jeanne) of Newnan; and her sisters-in-law, Martha Tillery of Columbus and Margaret Dansby of Columbus. She is also survived by eight great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
