She was predeceased by: her parents, Agbert Cash and Irene Cash; her husband Odath Samples; her brother Royce Cash; and her pet Ellie Mae.
She is survived by: her son Doug Samples; her grandchildren, Blake Samples (Angela), Megan Parsons (Joseph), Rachel, Taylor and Jessie; and her sisters, Judy Bennett and Sarah Ann Cash. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM and on Friday, October 17th 2025 at 9:00 AM at the Ingram Funeral Home & Crematory (210 Ingram Ave, Cumming, GA 30040). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Daves Creek Baptist Church (1597 Old Atlanta Rd, Cumming, GA 30041).
