She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Knight and Robert Knight; her husband Victor; her siblings, Paul Knight and Mildred Sapp; and her son-in-law Jimmy Henderson.

She is survived by: her children, Mary Henderson, Craig Dankewich (Mary Dobson), Clay Dankewich (Laura Dankewich) and Cindy Dankewich; her grandson Beau Henderson; and her children, Brooke Smith (Bradley Smith), John Dankewich (Miranda Dankewich), Paul Dankewich (Deidra Dankewich), Anna Glowcheski (Chris Glowcheski), Neil Dankewich (Courtney Dankewich), Hallie Hughes (Caleb Hughes) and Chad Westbrook (Lisa Westbrook). She is also survived by great-grandchildren.

In place of flowers, donations may be made in her memory to Jesse's House, or Children's Healthcare of Atlanta.
