He is survived by: his wife Linda Kromer; his daughters, Kristina and Ashley; his sister Heidi Rosenzweig; his nibling Thomas Singer (Kristina); his brother Peter Kromer (Barrie); his nephew Kurt; and his nieces, Stephanie Chandler (Chris) and Danielle Gibson (Josh). He is also survived by her three grandchildren.
The family is accepting flowers and also donations made in his memory to the Delaware National Guard Youth Foundation at 1 Vavala Way, New Castle, DE 19720.
