It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kenneth Eugene McLendon of Cumming, Georgia, born in Rome, Georgia, who passed away on February 8, 2024, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by : his parents, Doug McLendon and Betty Jo McLendon. He is survived by : his wife Cindy McLendon; his sons, Jeremy (Melissa McLendon) and Matt (Kim McLendon); his grandchildren, Matison, Kohen, Dylan, Parker McLendon and Robbie Ayers; his sisters, Lynn McLendon Hawkins and Gay McLendon Goolsby; his brother-in-law Paul Goolsby; his brother Sammy McLendon; and his sister-in-law Christi McLendon. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, please make donations to the Friendship Baptist Church Glory Bound Bus ministry, so more kiddos have the opportunity to learn about Jesus.
