He was predeceased by: his brother Scott. He is survived by: his wife Missy; his son Koby (Morgan); his grandchild Everrae; his son Klay (Tara); his grandchildren, Michaelyn and Isla; his son Kyler (Averie); his parents, Dale and Karen; and his sister Kimberlee (Donnie Shook). He is also survived by extended family members, including nieces, nephews, cousins, and mother in-law.
