He is survived by: his wife Leslie Sands Bailey; his children, Morgan, Lindsay and Shane Mathisen Bailey; his siblings, Cheryl Colette and Alton Vernon Bailey; and his siblings-in-law, Rick, Ann Sands, Gail Sands and Lee Strickland. He is also survived by friends, and neighbors.
