He is survived by: his significant other Donna Boucher; his nephew Thomas Maxie; his stepfather Joe Burks "Ole Man" of Cumming, GA.; his siblings, Milinda Hudgins Tanner of Cumming, GA., Dianne Bobo (Charles) of Moultrie, GA., Bettysue Hudgins of Cartersville, GA. and Jerry Burks of Cumming, GA.; and his friends, Terry Goodwin and Rodney Medley.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, October 24th 2026 at 9:00 AM. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Mc Donald & Son Funeral Home (150 Sawnee Dr, Cumming, GA 30040). A burial will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Sawnee View Memorial Gardens (1390 Dahlonega Hwy, Cumming, GA 30040).
