He was predeceased by: his parents, Franklin Riley Waller and Gracia Bernadine Kaiser (Van Blair); his brother-in-law Sharif Jarrar; and his nephew Ramsey Jarrar. He is survived by: his wife Julie Waller (Petrak) of Cumming, GA.; his children, Jeff Waller (Beth) of Davenport, IA, Jenifer Morse (David) of Williams, OR, Tina Cooley (Chris) of Huntsville, AL and John White (Kelly) of Winder, GA.; his grandchildren, Logan Waller, Mason Waller, Brandon Morse, Dylan Morse, Christina Cooley, Jenson Cooley, Shawn White, Kyle White, Kenzie White and Leia Rosser; his sister Linda Jarrar (Kaiser) of La Verne, CA; and his niece Janeen Jarrar.
