Lonnie Stapp Obituary

We are sad to announce that, on July 5, 2025, Lonnie Stapp of Cumming, Georgia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

In the vast expanse of eternity, Lonnie shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Lonnie farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.

He is survived by: his wife Myra Stapp; his sister Shearon Stapp of Norcross; his nieces, Welletta Simonton of Dacula and Michelle Nichols of Dacula; and his stepchildren, Leslie Nalley of Cumming and David Nalley of Cumming. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Georgia Downs Syndrome Consortium in memory of Randy Boles and Keri Boles.
