He was predeceased by: his parents, William Pergolini and Helen McCormick Pergolini. He is survived by: his children, Max and Nicky Pergolini; and his siblings, William Pergolini (Alice), Barbara Mock (late Doug), Gary Pergolini (Beth) and Robert Pergolini (Dorsey).
