She was predeceased by: her parents, Ivan Chamblee Otwell and Mildred Barrett Otwell; her husband Walter Eugene Fowler, Sr.; and her brother Robert Otwell. She is survived by: her children, Walter Eugene Fowler, Jr. (Nancy) and Laura Fowler (Tom); her grandchildren, Angela Masand (Prakash), Matt Parks (Joy), Virginia Small and Colin Thornton (Raleigh); her great grandchildren, Jack and Madelyn; her sister-in-law Imogene Otwell; and her sibling's children, Brent Otwell (Melissa) and Katherine. She is also survived by many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, July 18th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the McDonald and Son Funeral Home Chapel (150 Sawnee Dr, Cumming, GA 30040). A funeral service will be held on Friday, July 18th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
