She was predeceased by: her parents, Wasyl Polischuk and Mary Polischuk. She is survived by: her husband Duane; her siblings, Elizabeth, Thomas and Wasyl; her sons, Darin (Susan) and Brian (Joy); and her grandchildren, Zoe, Sophie, Ryan, Mia and Jake.
