He is survived by: his former wife LaNelda Oliver Denmon; his children, Rhonda (Chad White), Melena and Melvin Jr. (Christine Emmanuel) of Gwinnett County; his siblings, Robert Denmon (Robbie) and Shirley Ann Hunter; his close friend Linda Pisell; his grandchildren, Caleb White (Ashley Toppins), Adam, Hailey Curtsinger, Whitney Curtsinger, Kaylee Rae White, Baylee Taylor and Reese Taylor; and his great grandchildren, Aaron and Aden White. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
