Nora Blanche Saxon Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Nora Blanche Saxon of Cumming, Georgia, who passed away on October 7, 2025 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Hasson Davenport and Wilma Hedden Davenport; her husband James "Bobby" Saxon; her son Lewis Saxon; and her sisters, Barbra Poteete and Doris Smith.
She is survived by: her son Farrell Saxon of Blairsville; her sister Patsy Hedden of Canton; and her grandsons, Zachary (Shirley Saxon) and Jerry (Lily Saxon).
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Mountain View Chapel (78a Butternut Crossing, Blairsville, GA 30512). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
Flowers are accepted or if you wish, the family requests that donations may be made to Union Baptist Church Cemetery Fund in Mrs. Saxon's memory.
